WORRY-FREE. Our primary cleaning solutions are all pet and people friendly, and leave no residues behind. What's more, we don't use anything that leaves a lingering smell. If we use a specialty product that requires full drying before touching the area again (to get a stubborn stain out, for example), we'll let you know so you can protect the area from wandering paws or small hands.

CLARITY. We don't up-sell. What you're quoted is what you pay. If an area or piece is larger than described to us over the phone, or if an area or piece of furniture will require extra care and attention, we'll let you know before cleaning so there are no surprises in pricing after we're done.
